How do I earn Rewards points?
It's easy - every time you place an order with your credit card, you get points! You earn 3 points for every dollar spent. Your first purchase will earn you double points! Please note, at this time, points cannot be earned on orders purchased with PayPal or PayPal Credit.
Additional ways to earn points:

  • Written product review you've purchased and received: 200 points
  • Additional 100 points for adding an image or video to your review: 300 points total

How can I use my points?
Your points can be redeemed during checkout on most purchases, and 100 points = $1. You can combine your points with any credit card purchase. Please note, at this time, points cannot be combined with PayPal or PayPal Credit purchases.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There's no limit to the number of points you can earn, but there are limitations on ways in which you can earn points. Please see below:

  • Additional purchases: no limit
  • Product review(s):
  • Review must be on a product you've purchased and received.
  • Limit of one review per product
  • Maximum of 5 reviews per month

Do Rewards points expire?
Yes, points do expire, but you have a full 6 months to use them. We'll send you reminder emails to let you know when your points are set to expire.

How can I view My Hayneedle Rewards point balance?
To view your balance, simply log in to your account and go to the My Rewards page or look at the bottom-right corner of your browser window.

When are my points available to me?
Earned points from purchases become available as soon as your items ship. Points for reviews are available within 3-5 days.

What if I return or cancel my purchase?
If a purchase is cancelled or returned, unfortunately, you will not receive points for that purchase. If you have already redeemed those points, your refund will reflect the point redemption.

Can I receive points for past hayneedle.com purchases?
No, past purchases are not eligible for earning points.

How do I reactivate My Hayneedle Rewards account if I've canceled my membership?
You can easily reactivate your My Hayneedle Rewards account at any time by clicking "Join For Free" on this page or any page throughout hayneedle.com.
